When is the class action going to start? I don't understand how there isn't a class action lawsuit already going nor do I get how they can continue to operate legally. The booking service may work for you a couple times but eventually they will take your money and you'll have no hotel room for it. You cannot get ahold of customer service. It's flat out fraud.
