Excellent service Very happy with my online experience with Mytap. Prices and choices were good, great website. Prompt replies. When one of my required products was out of stock, Nick advised me immediately and assured me he’d forward it once received at warehouse. He then posted what he had available. Sure enough, the second item arrived as he promised, in time for my plumbers. He kept me advised of what was happening. Excellent personal and prompt service. Very impressed.
