I am such a fan of AMI Travel and Tour. When something goes wrong, they fix it immediately. Our flight got 8 hours delay, which would have affected our arrival time for my daughter’s wedding. I communicated with Tanaka and was so much frustrated because we had no other option, then to wait. After my call with Tanaka, about 13 mins later, she called me back on WhatsApp to tell me that, she just booked me on the next available flight to New York, on Virgin Atlantic, so I need not to worry. I was shocked, and asked her what the cost was, she said no, it was on the company I shouldn’t worry about that. They will claim the compensation directly from the airline for the delay and inconvenience. I was like, really, because no Travel Agency has done that for me before girl. Even the group I was with, when I told them my Travel Agency, booked me on the next departing flight for free, they all immediately asked me for me travel agency name and started googling lol, because it was surprising to everyone. At that moment, I felt so proud of myself, and said to myself, yeh, I am dealing with the best travel agency in the world. I made it to my daughter’s wedding, all thanks to Tanaka and the AMI Travel team. We will not only re-book, but we will continue to book our trips through AMI Travel because we were treated so well.
