Scam alert! Total scam. We put in dates and hit confirm. Then we get a confirmation with different dates. When we tried to modify it, the price changed. There was no clear way to cancel, so we called. The agent, "LeBron," kept trying to negotiate the cancellation, then told me there was a $75 cancellation fee. Total dirtbag. I will dispute it with Visa, but meantime want to share my experience to spare others from dealing with this unethical company..
