Worst booking experience I’ve had Booked a hotel for 2 nights and also booked the protection plan. Once I received me confirmation receipt via email, I saw that the date of my booking had been changed and the protection plan was not on the receipt. After calling and being disconnected 9 times, I got through to the customer support team. They told me that they could not do anything. I asked for a manager and they hung up on me.
