Beyond superb customer service I bought an InMotion V12 EUC (and a superb thing it is too) from e-Rides (UK). Some very early units had a problem with the motor drive electronics which InMotion 100% repaired by replacing a circuit board. e-Rides handled this superbly; they arranged free courier transport to get the wheel returned to them, carried out the repair and then drove half way across the UK to personally deliver my fully working wheel to me. Delivering it this way was at their insistence, not once did I expect or ask for this. They have genuinely gone far beyond my expectations and set a standard for after-sales service I never thought I’d see.
