Stay away from this fraudulent business I want to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent order with this company. On February 20th, I placed a prepaid order totaling ₹8800, expecting prompt delivery and quality service. However, it has now been two months, and I have yet to receive the dress. This prolonged delay has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Furthermore, I must address the abysmal state of your customer service, which I regret to say is both pathetic and virtually non-existent. The lack of communication and assistance throughout this ordeal has only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. I had initially considered making a larger purchase, totaling over ₹30,000, but I am now thankful that I refrained from doing so. Your company's disregard for customer satisfaction and basic service standards has made it abundantly clear that such an investment would have been ill-advised. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience and would not hesitate to caution others against engaging with your company. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and strive to improve your services in the future.
