Zero customer service I redeemed my honey gold for PayPal shopping credit and the status says pending. This was on August 1, 2022. I have sent about 7 emails requesting a status update and never got a response. I communicated with 4 or 5 reps via chat and each one left the chat without answering my question, telling me they will look into and then disconnect the chat. I sent two emails via LinkedIn to a manager and supervisor and got no reply.I posted on Facebook a few times, the first time I was told to send an instant message and got no response. I posted a couple of times on Facebook and one of my posts were deleted. All I wanted to know is how can I get my PayPal credit. I redeemed for $118.70.
