My actual rating is ZERO stars for this scam operation I would give this zero stars if I could. Ordered two necklaces for my daughters at Christmas time, received emails saying there were delays, then received notification that my package had been delivered. Spoiler - it hadn't. I have a google doorbell so I know this for a fact. I have emailed them but it bounced as the mailbox is full. I've been scammed and I'm pretty sure I'm never going to get my money back. So frustrating, these people are immoral.
