Do not book through Wisecars
Do not book through Wisecars. Their customer service is unable to actually fix any situations that have to do with a partnered rental agency, which, each rental of course would be, since Wisecars doesn't actually rent any cars out.
I booked through them with Thrifty in Boston. Their systems are not talking together because Thrifty did not have any cars available when I arrived. Because I was unable to get a car, I have sought a credit from Wisecars, which is who I paid hundreds of dollars.
It has been over a month and no resolution. I am told to keep waiting. At first it was "two weeks", now, again, it's been over a month.
If you're at all worried about not having a car available and then needing to wait on Wisecars' customer support to fix the situation, DO NOT book through Wisecars. You will not be satisfied.
