Don't waste your time with this company. I requested a quote for a specific move date and had someone come to survey the house and belongings. Two days later, I received a quote along with a contract of acceptance. I promptly filled out and signed the contract, returning it within 15 minutes. Shortly after, I received a curt email stating, "Unfortunately, we are now fully booked on the 15th." No alternative dates were suggested. After several emails, whereby I had to chase them for another time slot, they simply replied, "No, sorry." To be clear, this review isn't because the company had no availability. It happens! The review is based on my overall experience with their terrible customer service. Which is one of the poorest I've ever seen. After a very frustrating experience, I wished them an "awful weekend" and managed to book in with another company an hour later.
