This company stinks ! 💩 We got our unit a few weeks ago on Thursday. The following Thursday it wasn't emptied. Then on Friday we called and they said oh you will be dumped on Tuesday that's your day . Ok on Tuesday they said a trailer was in the way but it was far enough off that they could have dumped it and didn't - then they didn't dump it and came back out a few days later to dump and then they complained about the toilet stinking . Hello it's a toilet it has poo in it it stinks especially because you missed dumping it for several extra days . This week they are supposed to be here yesterday Tuesday , and they said too many guys called off and they can't come but would be here first thing today . Then today at 4:30 pm still not here , they promised someone would be out and the toilet would be dumped today and guess what it is still sitting here full and two days late again. This is ridiculous and not at all how they used to be when we used them a few years ago. I am really upset that my yard smells like poo During a remodel and they aren't reliable enough to get out here when we are paying them too. I hope an owner sees this and fixes this issue or they need to come pick this thing up because they are NOT fulfilling their obligation to us. So far they stink ! 💩
