Mardi Gras menu would satisfy any Ragin’ Cajun Our family was gifted a dinner from Chef Travis’s Mardi Gras menu on Fat Tuesday…the food was incredible! The Shrimp, étouffée was super savory. Red Beans and rice had the right amount of kick to it. Sautéed green beans with heirloom tomato and bacon was a beautiful combination of texture and flavor. The corn, I mean, who doesn’t like cream corn?, had a perfect balance of sweetness. Our family will certainly order this meal again!
