Scammers I placed and order on December 1st that should have gotten here on December 12th. I reached out to the company several times the account manager have yet to answer my emails or messages. I reached out to FedEx they says the label has been made but they have not received any items. This is my 3rd time ordering from them but it seems they are becoming crooks. I’ve been talking to the account manager Alice and she promised me the packages are now shipped out but then turn around to some of the items are out of stock. (Images of conversation down below) They are compulsive liars. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I need a full refund.
