Cs reps that do not understand their product or job Mosaic customer service reps all act if today is their first day and they couldn’t answer any of my questions. Support transferred me to billing to answer support questions. It’s messed up that companies like Mosaic making the money that they are give customers this kind of support. I paid over $30,000.00 loan off today in 1 payment and could not get a confirmation email or text after I paid it. Mosaic shit my account down and I can’t login to it. WHAT KIND OF INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE ARE RUNNING MOSAIC?!?! Also if you login to your account from your iphone if your account has a balance you cannot log out, nobody including support could show me where to logout is. ITS UNSAFE TO NOT LOGOUT! I’ve used Mosaic twice with solar and windows and will never use them again because they care nothing about customers just money.
