Honeymoon in Cancun Jewell did a great job helping us find the perfect resort for us to stay in for our Honeymoon. She helped us narrow down the area in Mexico we wanted to visit and find the resort that offered the amenities we were looking for . We wanted an all inclusive, adults only, beach resort. We stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres, and loved it. She arranged a private tour for us so we could each cross something off our buckets lists ( Chichen Itza and swimming in a cenote). We felt so much more comfortable on a private tour. We were able to go at our own pace . Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great day. Jewell did all the prep work for us to make sure we had all our paperwork ready for customs and fully understood everything we needed for our travel to Mexico and back. She even checked on us to make sure everything was going well. When it was time to check in for our flight to return, the resort concierge had a some difficulty with the check in process, but Jewell was able to take care of it for us to ensure we had a seamless return. Her travel tips were very valuable. We will definitely use Jewell Ramos when we travel in the future.
