Excellent home inspection company Rick did a thorough inspection on our home for maintenance planning purposes. Rick was punctual and thoughtful in his approach. He has extensive knowledge and experience regarding home construction and maintenance. He provided a detailed report with photos to help with location and type of issues that needed repair or possible replacement and provided advice to help prioritize timing of repairs. Also, as Rick does not generally do home repairs he has no conflict of interest in making his recommendations. Rick is a kind, calm and honest person.
