Horrible experience…DO NOT RECOMMEND The quoted delivery date range was off by three weeks. I contacted customer support and went days between replies from them. Originally, I was told my package was lost and I could get a refund and a $15 coupon. I re-ordered without the coupon because DAYS had gone by and there was no communication from them (I emailed twice for updates). Three weeks later, my package arrived. I also got an email saying there was a shipping mix up and instead of my refund I would get my order. I didn’t want everything I ordered twice…I wanted my money back. It was horrible experience all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
