My experience with PPA is totally contrary to all these 5 star reviews. I signed a letter of representation (“LOR”) with the firm on 2/2/23 at the recommendation of the the roofing company and PPA feeling like I had a legitimate hail damage claim. I should note that I am no longer covered by the insurance company but the storm damage occurred while I was insured by them. They are a very reputable insurance company and normally are very easy to deal with. After signing the LOR, I heard nothing for five weeks and followed up with PPA to learn that they had done nothing with regard to my claim. To summarize their diligence as far as I can tell, they sent two emails and had a brief phone call with the adjuster and then called to tell me there was nothing more they could do. They told me that I could hire an engineer at considerable additonal expense if I chose to pursue further. Not the value added experience I hoped for.
