CarRental 8 refused to honor their promise for free amendment to the agreement I rented a car through Car Rental 8 that included "Plus your rental comes with Free Amendments" on the confirmation. When my airline changed the arrival time on my flight I asked them to modify the pickup time on the car rental to match the flight change. Instead of honoring their promise to make the modification for free, they said the fee would increase 200% to make the change. When I protested they said they can change the prices whenever they want. Never do business with this company.
