what can I say only good thing is we don't have issues with system. They installed panels at our property 2022 after few months we had a leak at the back of the house because the contractors(Roger budge LTd) left the tile up ,came out to fix it said that they checked everything no more tiles left up ,we trusted them didn't claim for damage done in our bedroom because it needed refreshing done anyway. Last year had another leak but this time other side of the house what done a lot off damage . When we had actually leak I hired roofer because I thought it's our roof fault when he done inspection the was another tile left up so I informed contact solar the same day. Tried to resolve with them this situation from November had some quotes from builders about the repair cost (been ask from contact solar to get some) Then they said its a lot, what's needs doing. Then they sent there guy in to have a look and take photos . Then after another week came Dave from Roger budge to take some more photos his words :you can just patch it up. After a week they said they will claim true insurance company and tried involve my insurance company (trick us)so I claim from them. Then on 5th of march I asked them for evidence that they actually sent to insurance company and from that day no reply from them. They damage our house where we had fabulous water damage marks and mould growing (and we have two young children at home and one is toddler). If you want some repairs and mould and water damage and company who don't give a dam.definitely go for Contact Solar and Roger budge LTd. You will get "The best experience" with them !
