Not Recommended I'm reviewing my experience regarding the substandard quality of work and the lack of follow-up customer service I have experienced with We Pave. On July 11, 2024, your team completed a paving job at my residence. Unfortunately, the final result is far from satisfactory, and subsequent attempts to resolve these issues have been ignored. The specific problems with the paving job include: Poor Paving Edges: The edges of the driveway are not straight and look unprofessional. Inconsistent Asphalt Mixture: Several areas of the driveway appear black and white, indicating an improper mix of tar in the asphalt. These areas are also uneven, with stones beginning to come loose. Communication and Follow-Up: Despite multiple phone calls and text messages to both the salesman, Walt, and yourself, there has been no action taken to address these issues. You had committed to visiting the site to inspect the asphalt mixture problem over two weeks ago, but this has not occurred. Additionally, there were inaccuracies in the invoice write-up that were not corrected. The lack of response and accountability from your company is deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expect that the services I pay for are delivered with a standard of quality and that any issues are promptly addressed. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with We Pave.
