false respons Your response to my comment is false, because he told me i will check it if it works or not when i am going to change and i told him (ok go ahead) and the first question i asked him when i went to pick up, did you change it? so that means it works? and he answered YES, but unfortunately he checked the screen was working but he did not check that other stuff was damaged (it does not charge any more) after he changed it. So he asked me to bring back and you sent it to Toronto branch but nothing change. last time when i picked up, you told me it works now and i received it 11% charging but we kept 24 hrs but it did not go more than 12% and now is off. IF you are really professional company either your branch or Toronto it is easy just fix it and then you can say i am liar and i provided false review. I just lost $350 because i choose the wrong and unprofessional company.
