DO NOT USE PSS DO NOT USE PSS. If you wish to have a smooth service and receive your belongings in the condition you sent them then use another company. PSS provided a totally unacceptable service from the moment of payment, throughout handling and during damage claims. PSS failed to pick up the household items from the right address on two occasions. Following this, they then attempted a delivery 10 days prior to the agreed delivery date. I then contacted PSS to arrange delivery for the correct date and requested an email confirmation to confirm the correct delivery date, they did not confirm this. I then had to contact the 3rd party shipping company directly and arrange for my own delivery. The items were then delivered in an incredibly poor condition, the boxes looked to have been thrown, dropped and abused throughout the shipping process. Upon opening the boxes there was damage to multiple items in multiple boxes. The damage included broken plates, smashed glasses, smashed vases and ruined clothing. All items were insured to their full replacement value. The claim was then passed onto the claims company, to which they responded with an estimated value of approximately 1/5 of the actual value. This then fell under the minimum claim value and therefore was denied by the insurance company. I have now been left with broken belongings and no reimbursement. There has been no responsibility taken by any of the PSS employees during this ordeal.
