Great customer service Excellent service provided by Aaron. We had an issue with an older model robotic cleaner power control unit where parts are no longer supported. This could have resulted in having to spend $2k on a new unit however, Aaron offered, at no cost, a surplus replacement power unit that was still working, giving us a bit more life out of our cleaner before we have to upgrade . This is an example of great customer service and caring about people not having to spend money when something can be repurposed. Thanks Aaron :)
