Extremely poor service and conduct; Terrible firm I have hands on experience in working with this firm for a few months and what a nightmare it was!! They are total rubbish in every aspect. Their legal knowledge and professionalism is next to none. They waste huge amount of time doing nothing. They do not take any criticism, negative comments or complaints and can be very rude at times. They are great in creating fake stories and excuses!! They have a very poor customer service and never answers to phone calls or emails. You have to keep reminding them about every step of your case and then they charge you for that!!! Their bills are highly questionable and inaccurate. They just make up items to charge you more and never give proper description of what the charge is for or what work they have done on that end. Do not trust them with the good reviews you see on google etc. that’s how I fell in their trap at first too!! These reviews are mostly written by themselves and are a huge twist of reality. These people are only geared up to steal your money. They are no moral code. They are a bunch of amateurish solicitors and charlatans.
