Traveluro left us stranded My dad needed a room the night before surgery. They booked the wrong date and charged him and would not change it even though the call was made within 10 min of the hotel telling us it was wrong. They left us stranded the night before a surgery and charged us. Worst experience we have ever had in 50 years of traveling.
