If this is how they handle a straightforward issue, I shudder to think how they handle more complex ones. I’ve wasted so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue, and it’s clear that BoohooMAN doesn’t care about their customers once they have your money. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never be shopping with BoohooMAN again. I strongly advise others—especially my followers and fellow influencers—to think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide any reasonable customer service. I am deeply disappointed by BoohooMAN’s complete lack of accountability and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
