Left my roof damaged and continue to ignore I am current active duty deployed. Southern Roofing and Renovations came out to inspect my home Nov 2023, after the major tornado we had in the area. Southern Roofing and Renovations stated that I had roof damage, and I needed to call my insurance ASAP to make a claim. Southern Roofing and Renovations reassured me that they would win my roof, easy. I called my insurance and made a claim. The adjuster came out the house and did an inspection and, in this report, stated that there was no roof damage. I emailed all of my documents to southern roofing and renovations and was told again that Southern Roofing and Renovation would win my roof and not to worry. "The Allstate adjuster was just a snake in the grass", the Southern Roofing rep stated. Following the adjuster's inspection, Southern Roofing and Renovation came to my home and removed shingles off my roof without the insurance authorizing it. I have tried for weeks to communicate and voice my concern with Southern Roofing and renovations. I spoke with the management to try and come to an agreement with the company since my roof was damaged by Southern Roofing and Renovations and needs to be fixed. I have continuously been ignored. Southern Roofing and Renovations damaged my roof and ignore to do the right thing.
