Biggest Scam Ever When my hardrive failed and i needed a data recovery service i found ICS, my contact point was John. He effectively held my harddrive hostage, and quoted 10K-50K SGD for a data recovery. Note that even in the most complex case this should not exceed 2K. When i tried to get my hardrive back, he threatened full data loss. It was the most unpleasant experience I have had. Please note that all data recovery should be assessed and quoted before undertaking the actual recovery and that the price point for even a hardware failure related recovery is around 1000sgd for 1Tb, and much less for a software failure
