fraudster Order no #939290 and #939283 Here i am writing my fifth review so far after not receiving any response from their customer support on whatsapp. Their customer service on WhatsApp is there just for namesake or even the helpline number , of they were really helpful my issue regarding my refund would not stretch for 6 months. My refund is pending since 29 th March, whom earth takes 6 months or more to issue a refund, until they are fraud. And before asking me to contact you customer service again go and check if you customer service executive are doing their work or are they forever on lunch break. If they were doing their work atleast I would have received one response , since the last week I am regularly texting them but I haven't received any response from their end till date. Whenever I think about my refund, I wonder if the owners of Fashion Station - Saba Zaidi, Syed Mohd Zaidi, and Ehan Abbas have forgotten about the accountability of Akhirah. It's not my place to remind them, but I think they have forgotten this since 2024. Until my issue gets solved I would keep on posting negative reviews and with each passing day the review will become increasingly blunt and harsher. __________________________________________ Review dated 9th September: Order no #939290 and Order no # 939283 I am again writing my fourth review. This is the second time I have been assured on trustindex that they prioritize your issue . But your customer service don' t even reply. I feel your customer service on WhatsApp is just a dummy . My refund is pending since 29 th March and how long do you expect me to show patience. Don't ask me to try contacting your customer as I am tired of texting them everyday and if your are really concerned the order no is already mentioned all you have to do is just refund the money. I used to have great trust on fashion station as I have been purchasing from them since 2019, besides it was a leading website for selling pakistani clothes.But god knows what happened to them that since 2024 neither are they delivering the product nor even after cancelling the order they are refunding your money. It seems success zyada sar par chad gae h inke . Now with the same issue faced by many of my relatives and friends and even your customers I have lost all the faith that I used to have on this website. Even if they are the only one left selling pakistani suit i would rather stop wearing pakistani suit than purchasing from them. They are well aware that their actions will only lead them to lose their customers but they don't care. I feel like inhe consumer complaint se bhi farak nahi padta unke paas already bohot lined up h. If they don't solve our issues let's raise this issue on social media platform, this wouldn't help with the refund but atleast no further customers would be duped by them. Because it's easy to get duped by them as they have already manipulated their reviews. __________________________________________ Review dated 6 September: I am here writing my third review after recieving false assurance from your side on trustindex. I have contacted your customer service again as you have said that you will prioritized my issue but till now I have received no response from your end . Now on weekends your customer service would be closed. Infact your customer service is closed for 7 days a week . I am after your customer service since 29 th March. I will keep posting on trustindex until my issue gets resolved ________________________________________ Review dated 5 September : After posting a negative reviews on trustindex on 14th August I tried contacting their customer service and I did receive a response stating that "mein apko clear rakhna chahta hu 2-3 week lagenge" and after that they didn't replied to any of my messages. I have waited patiently for 3 week then texted them again still I have received no response from their end. Even today I texted them it's the same scenario which is repeating again. My refund is pending since 29 th March and how long do they expect me to show patience. They are just acting nice in trustindex as If they truly care for our concern and that they are trying their best to solve it. They just care about their reputation in trustindex and the only way they are trying to improve their reputation is by posting fake 5 star reviews in between rather than solving their customers issue. And I know what response I am going to get from your end , that please contact our customer service. We are extremely frustrated with the consistent lack of effective support from your customer service , where our inquiries are met with either complete ignorance, automated responses, or unhelpful replies that fail to address our concerns. Order no #939283 and # 939290 ___________________________________________ Review dated 14 th August: Review dated 14th August: This is the worst place to shop . I regret purchasing from them. Despite being a reputed site they are the biggest fraudster that exist. I have purchased from them in the month of February for the occasion of Eid . Their biggest con is that you won't receive your order for the ocassion you have ordered and don't trust the date they have mentioned. I have issued a refund for one of my order on 29th March and we are in the mid of August and I haven't received my refund yet. Who takes almost 5 month to issue a refund. The worst part is that despite being a reputed they have the worst customer service. The customer service on WhatsApp is where you would receive only automated respone . Your problem won't be solved. Neither do they reply to your mail. I tried contacting Neetu mam but she without even answering my call just blocked me without even hearing what my problem is. . Neetu man is the most arrogantc as she has done the same with my sister when she texted her issue regarding her order . Shopping from fashion station is like begging for your own money. I understand that orders may get delayed due to various reason including custom but atleast there should be some transperancy with the customer. Small business who sell authentic pakistan suits are much better than fashion station, atleast they take responsibility from their end. I would like to compare my experience of shopping from fashion station to that of a small business who sell authentic pakistani suits.In the past year I have ordered from a small business for the ocassion of Eid with the same issue the order got delayed what I liked about that small business was first she responded whenever I asked for the status of my order and was very clear , secondly she was ready to issue an immediate refund and also she has given me discount coupon as an apology from their end . My point comparing the two business was their customer service which fashion station despite being a huge platform lacks it.My order no is #939283 and #939290. This time I have made up my mind if I don't get my issue solved within a week I am going to file a legal consumer complaint which I should have done much earlier. I am so done with trying all the avilable means of contacting them including messaging their useless automated whatsapp customer service, sending them mail every now and then or trying all the possible numbers I could find, that resorting to filing a legal complaint is the only option left for me. If there are anyone like me who are facing similar issue and if they are just ghosting you i would suggest file a legal complaint. And please fashion station don't respond that contact our customer service like you have written to others who have posted their reviews as no matter whichever platform you raise your issue all we get is automated response from your end, I wonder if you even read out our queries.We all had had enough bad experience with your customer service, and it should be you who should contact your customer and solve their queries
