Very Bad Experience Very bad service provided by torque block. purchased varta battery worth ₹12,200 in feb 2024 for my harley davidson. also asked them to reccomend a mechanic to fit the new battery. they suggested (MOTO DEN) located in new bel road, as that was near to our place. mechanic was confused to open the sheild and fit the new battery,and broke the clamp of the battery. later torque block had to alter the clamp and do some fitting and give the same piece to me. and now the battery has drained out in just 4 months inspite regular usage. and torque block does not want to take the responsibility and says there is no warrany for the same. please think and buy accessories from them. my personal suggestion there are better places to explore for all ur automotive needs.I dont think anybody in the right mind should buy products from them.
