Run away from this company! If I could give a zero star I would!!! Please avoid this company like a plague!!! I have been a loyal customer of hotels.com and nothing but good service from that company but I was lured to the very low rate of traveluro. This is my first time with Traveluro and what a terrible experience! I guess all is fine and dandy when everything goes according to their rules that are set on stone. I tried to cancel a booking that is non-refundable because our business client canceled on the last minute on us. In my previous experience with Hotels.com, they've been accommodating. While the booking was non-refundable, they were willing to honor a cancellation if the hotel agreed. For this one we called the hotel first and the hotel said it is okay to cancel it but Traveluro has to cancel it to get a refund, but talking to Traveluro is like talking to a brick wall and they will just slap you with a response that you confirmed the booking to be non-refundable. We asked that even if we don't get a refund but maybe some credits for future use but nope, zilch, nada they want to pocket the money and get their pockets fatter. So if your life is not perfect because some circumstances you can't just control, don't expect this company to have your back! Because all they care about is the money they can collect from you and nothing else! And all their customer service representatives from Philippines are terrible none of them are helpful at all but just like puppets being told what to say!!! And their phone line keeps on dropping so I have to make numerous calls just to get to somebody. Never again with this company!
