I want my $2,690.00 BACK. Won't honor guarantee I joined Imre Gams "Currency Trader", a service with Jeff Clark's trader family. The product said I had a 90 day guarantee. After 30 days I called to cancel and was informed I could cancel but could not get my money back. I had to take another of Jeff's services. When I signed up and spend $2,690.00 USD for the product, I was never informed the 90-day guarantee was not a full money back guarantee. Called support, the offshore call center would not put a manager on the phone. They were supposed to call me, never called. So I called again and got the same story, no manager available. They did confirm they would look into it and respond. It took a week to get a response. No you can't have you money back. If Jeff's services are so successful, why can't he honor his guarantee? Do they really need my $2,690.00 that badly? I would hate to think they are con artists or thieves or lack professional ethics since they are in the investment newsletter writing business. At this point I question their ethics since they are so successful, they have to mistreat a customer. So sad!
