They are slipping
I've been a customer for awhile, and had an issue with my order. Test results showed it was what it was supposed to be, and when mixed with bacteriostatic water, it fizzed into a mass of goo.
Sent photos. I got a "we'll look into it" email, then nothing.
Although I didn't say anything about the other order I had with them, it tested out as really light blue instead of purple. It appears they are now cutting their product, yet offering deals.
Sad. They used.to be really good.
