Perfect fraudsters We placed an order for £12150, the largest single order for shutter the company said they have recieved. The order was placed on 26th June and installed on 30/10/23. The ordering process was flawed. We ordered motorised shutters and the company goofed up massively. The first floor shutters were delivered non motorised. After various confirmations, they still are till date have not even provided 1. Remotes for shutter 1A. Norman hub 2. No warranty packs, 3. Inspite of promises by the Paul, MIA, Yvonne, and various people in the CS team, the order is incomplete, and things not delivered. What I can say that the company is incapable of delivering high value orders. Can you imagine that as a customer, they have not provided me a single copy of the order form, documentation etc saying that we will send it in the post. How long does it take to provide this even via post. 3 months!!!??!! I don’t know where to start. All assurance from even the MD and two calls for a hour or more confirm the whole order and the assurance that we are a family business, I will resolve this, have all gone empty.after discussion he goes on leave and his daughter takes over. They bought so much time by giving vague assurance that as a customer I am so frustrated and I have been robbed of my hard earned money. The CS does not update you or inform you of dates of delivery. Once the order is placed and money is taken, you have to contact them to find out about delivery and install etc. they don’t have a system to get you informed on such matters. Pathetic, I have contacted them over 30+ times, and numerous email but all assurances are empty and the issues with even shutters delivered are not resolved. Finally I am having to complain and take them to task to resolve this. So my advice don’t place order until you get a written copy of the order form, don’t pay upfront or advance untill the order is installed and finally the company is incapable of delivering large orders. I should have gone with a national company like sharp or Betta living and I thought supporting a local business would be better but had the worst experience of my life. Contacted them today, Yvonne mentioned that someone will call back nobody did. Stating that I should reach a compromise, is acknowledgment by Paul & his company that they are guilty. Also taking a sign off is with comments that fitting and delivery are incomplete. Twisting the facts and writing as a reply. Shame!! Perfect fraudsters.
