Joke It's been 15 months now and I am still awaiting my claim to be resolved. I am now with my 3rd solicitor as the previous two no longer work there. I actually agreed to a lower amount, just to actually get paid, was told it would take 20 days and that was in July. To then be told you will be taking 35% for doing actually very little is a bit if a joke
