Terrible I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received from Bristol Travel Limited. My experience has been nothing short of appalling due to the patronising and rude communication from their staff via email. To provide context, I initially contacted Bristol Travel on 18/6/24 regarding a return journey from Heathrow. I was slightly confused by the reply so tried a few times to get clarification, I felt dismissed and condescended to. Instead of addressing my question professionally, the Bristol Travel representative James Gidney seemed intent on undermining my query and belittling my knowledge. I have included screen shots of the emails for proof. In conclusion, my experience with Bristol Travel Limited has been extremely negative. The patronising and rude behaviour exhibited by James Gidney is unacceptable and has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to be wary of the potential for similar treatment. Customer service is the backbone of any reputable business, and Bristol Travel Limited has unequivocally failed in this regard
