Extremely unprofessional experience The doctors office contacted the dispatcher to inform them that I was finished with my procedure & ready to be picked up for return home at 1:30pm. The dispatcher advised them that driver was about an hour away. At 2:30pm dispatcher then said driver would be in front of office in 10min; this would've been about 2:40pm. At 3:00pm driver finally arrived. On the way home the driver informed me that he was at school that's why he was late. I arrived home at 3:30pm in severe pain after sedation had worn off & extremely hungry since I had fasted since midnight the previous day. If driver had been on time & not in school I could've been able to take pain medication & eaten while resting as the doctor advised soon after procedure & recovery. The driver's car also was messy & smelled musty. Hopefully I will never have to depend on amera services again. I will use Uber or family members if possible.
