Outstanding customer service. I contacted Foamonline.com because I was starved for clear explanations of foam densities and performance characteristics. The website did not answer my specific needs but did prompt me to give them a call. The two people with whom I spoke went way beyond what I expected in the way of help. This is light of the fact that I wasn't placing an order for a hundred mattresses. They have a sample offering that is very helpful for making a connection between specifications and actual feel of the product. 100% outstanding customer service.
