The best customer experience I've had Was referred to Sydney Pool Robotics by All Clear Pool Supplies and was specifically asked to speak to Aaron. This was for a fault with my Dolphin S300i which I thought will need to be thrown as it was over 4 years old and had stopped working. To my surprise, when I spoke to Aaron, he walked me through few easy steps over the phone to try and see if I could fix it myself. And based on his inputs, after doing all that was required, the unit started working. He saved me time and money where I know of other business who would have asked to bring the unit to the store and charge money for doing any investigation on it. That was not the case with Aaron.
