157% increase in 'Admin Fee' without notice
I had a couple billing issues with this company before, and they were resolved with a photo of the meter and 3 phone calls. On this month's bill, the 'Admin Fee' increased from $3.17 to $8.15. That is 157% increase with no notice to the residents. I called them and customer service told me "we don't have to notify you of an increase."
I am the end customer. Not the property. I pay the bill and your outrageous fees.
(By the way, they also charge a 9% surcharge on all amounts)
There's nothing like being held hostage by a 'Third Party' with no accountability.
There's something fishy going on and hopefully someone figures it out.
