EDreams is a joke, EDreams = nightmares This company is absolutely appalling. I couldn’t believe it ,I booked my flight at the end of June 2024 and today 22 August 2024 , $119 was taken from my account without my authorisation or even knowledge of this. can I finally located and number to contact them after going through the whole email to find a phone number once you go into about 4pages. It took me nearly 2 hours, of off and on hold waiting to actually speak to somebody , and I was put on hold Number of times, I had to wait to speak to a supervisor and my question was if I booked my ticket paid for my ticket received my ticket and my receipt back in June why are they taking money out today and they said to me ,it’s was my my payment for my membership fee? I didn’t asked to be a member and explained all of the above about four times and was told that I agreed to the terms and conditions when I purchased my ticket , why it took them from June to nearly the end of August take money from my account for my membership fee , it’s beyond me ,that’s not standard .they told me that they could cancel my account if I was unhappy, the only thing is, I would not get a refund at all because it is not refundable by there terms and conditions but they could offer me $90 air credit . after hanging up and being very disappointed , I looked at my emails again and saw they offered me two lots of $90 credits I Can use that if I am buying over $300 worth of flight tickets .they shocking communication skills , (what happened to Customer Service ) also disgusting customer service , and the arrogance of the two gentleman on the other end of the phone was not acceptable, I’m surprised air New Zealand would even have them selves be associated with this company. Clearly , Cowboys , who are extremely tech savvy with zero Conscience of their own.
