Works okay both in UK and Europe but .....
Sim card works okay as per instructions both in UK and Europe where I was travelling.
Just make sure you read through and follow all the instructions - I found these lengthy and a little confusing at times. Support from UK Prepaid SIM Card was good but support from Three in UK was woeful.

You mentioned that the support from Three in the UK was poor, and that's one of several reasons we offer a 24/7 WhatsApp support service for our customers so they don't have to deal with Three UK.
