Bad customer service. I ordered a bouquet for a birthday. The bouquet was expensive, but very beautiful and worth its money. Unfortunately, it arrived 4 days before the birthday. This bouquet was planned as a birthday surprise, so I was extremely disappointed. I wrote to the shop to warn them about the mistake. They never apologized or answered my email. I see this as a very bad customer service and not caring about their clients.
