The whole experience was weird and unsettling. I used Traveluro to book a vacation at RIU CARIBE in Cancun. 1st I want to say that Traveluro had the cheapest rate I could find online. Communication was nonexistent for the most part, I wanted to extend our stay and after making the original reservation online I was never able to speak to an agent with the phone number provided. I was getting concern that it may have been a scam after reading some other reviews. So I called the resort to confirm my reservation, which had been made. The day before the trip I received another email from Traveluro with a different number and I was finally able to speak to someone. However they were not able to extend my stay at that point because it was too late. When we checked in at the resort it was not booked by Traveluro, it showed up as another agency. If they would do a better job of communicating I would have given a better rating.
