Just Awful. Terrible experience. Driver did not act like he was driving home a person who just had surgery. He was on the phone with different people throughout the drive and jerking the car around so much that I had to grab the handle on the door more than once, which was very, very painful on my surgery site. He even seemed like he was trying to get payment from me right after I got in the car which I found very confusing because I paid by card when I scheduled the ride. Is he trying to scam people that may be vulnerable after surgery? Horribly Unethical! I will NEVER, EVER use amera solutions again. Just Awful.
