D M Dr. Ray was incredibly kind and compassionate, a blessing to our family at a very difficult time. His responsiveness, knowledge and empathy were a great source of comfort. When you lose a pet so suddenly and unexpectedly, the sense of shock and despair is overwhelming. Dr. Ray explained every step of the process gently and clearly. Our beautiful girl is back home with us now and we can focus on healing.
