Great service! Friendly support staff and fantastic technicians! I requested service for a friends apartment which had numerous animals, two toddlers, and smoking inside. Peter was a great help and offered top tier service. He was very kind to me and was not judgmental at the state of the apartment. He made the process easy and his professional demeanor helped reduce my stress about the situation. I would recommend Apex and Peter 100x over. I can’t say enough good things! He also shared videos with me of the dirty water produced resulting from the carpet cleaning which was oddly satisfying and reinforced my decision on getting a professional to take care of my problem. I will be using Apex in the future for all carpet needs.
