Ripped Off for $380. I am very disappointed, which lead to a sick feeling and now anger. In my order 2 items were missing (2 oz of hash). I picked up the parcel, opened it and no hash. When I got a chance I checked my order and yes the hash was ordered and paid for but not in the package. I have been given the run around from customer services. 1st they asked for the original packaging; I dug through the garbage found the original packaging and sent a photo. 2nd they said I needed to send a video of the unpacking of the parcel and all the items. I did not take a video of the unpacking so WCC is saying its my fault for not taking a video and I have no proof the hash did not arrive. Absolute BS. They should have a video or documentation that they fulfilled the order. Left my phone number but no one called. The replies from WCC information email appears to be robotic. I spent approximately 12 -15K/year on product and get treated like I'm a felon. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had a situation like with WCC. BUYER BEWARE: ONCE WCC HAS YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NOT GETTING IN BACK EVEN IF THEY FOGET A FEW ITEMS.
